Virtual sessions specifically designed for people with low energy and post-viral conditions.

When every ounce of energy counts, therapy must adapt. My online sessions are structured to reduce sensory overload and work with your energy, not against it. We focus on pacing strategies, nervous system regulation, processing grief for the 'lost self,' and restoring meaning and identity beyond illness.

Ecopsychology & Nature Connection

Gentle, nature-based methods for restoring vitality and emotional equilibrium.

Ecopsychology recognizes that human wellbeing is inseparable from ecological wellbeing. We integrate guided visualizations, nature reflection, and ecological metaphors to ground your healing. Even when you can't physically be in nature, we bring nature's wisdom into the therapeutic space.

What's included:

  • Nature-based metaphors and healing frameworks

  • Guided visualizations connecting with natural elements

  • Ecological perspectives on rest and recovery

  • Integration of seasonal rhythms into healing

General Counselling & Psychotherapy

Traditional therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I offer psychotherapy for a range of mental health concerns including eating disorders, addiction recovery, and work with Adult Children of Alcoholics.  My approach integrates evidence-based practices with compassion, embodiment, and awareness, creating a therapeutic space where all aspects of your experience are welcome.

  • Trauma-informed therapeutic approaches

  • Support for anxiety and depression

  • Relationship and family counselling

  • Addiction and recovery work (including Adult Children of Alcoholics)
